The Property

… totally renovated and newly equipped for 2009 is Stargazers, a contemporary-style detached house with breathtaking sea views, set in landscaped south-facing gardens (shrubs, patios, lawns, trampoline) in a peaceful area of St Mawes, just 2 minutes’ walk from the Castle and coastal walks, and a 5-7 minute stroll to the beaches, shops and restaurants.

Approach via a gated drive to parking area; double garage (converted to games room - table tennis, pool table) and Mediterranean-style patio/entrance area. Open-plan living area: very spacious living room (TV/DVD, CD player) with L-shaped sofas, picture windows (sea view) and glazed doors to patio and garden; through to family room (TV) with sofas, picture window (sea view) and access to patio and garden (revolving woodburner serves both rooms); new kitchen with triple aspect sea view (range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, two fridge-freezers); large dining area with TV, table/chairs and window seat for relaxing and admiring the view; utility room (washing machine, tumble drier); cloakroom/loo (washbasin).
