Lilypond Cottage is named after the pretty lilyponds in the garden. It is one of a pair of traditional Cornish cottages.

The Location

Located in Feock, home to Trelissick Gardens and The King Harry Ferry, the area is renowned for its beautiful coastal and creekside walks, and yet is close to Truro and Falmouth.

Truro is 5 miles; Falmouth about 6 miles; The King Harry Ferry which takes you and your car to The Roseland Peninsula is 3 minutes by car, as are the National Trust gardens of Trelissick.

There is a good pub, The Punchbowl and Ladle nearby.

The Property

… in Feock, a pretty, semi-detached cottage with lovely lawned garden (table/chairs) with lilyponds (small children take care) and plenty of havens for relaxing with the papers or a glass of something chilled. Inside, comfortably furnished and welcoming.

Downstairs, living room (‘living flame’ gas fire, TV/DVD, CD player), dining room, kitchen (washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer), conservatory and bathroom (suite).

Stairs up to two comfortable bedrooms: a double, and a twin.

Parking at Punchbowl and Ladle inn, 20 yards.

Cosy, traditional cottage with good walks nearby and just a stroll from a good pub.

Throughout the cottage the decoration, furnishings and furniture are excellent. Each room is colour co-ordinated, and the effect is relaxing and tasteful. The owners have taken great care in making sure that visitors are comfortable.

The garden is well-maintained, and very pretty with a choice of places to relax with coffee, newspaper or glass of wine.

The lilyponds are accessible to visitors, and children must be supervised in this area of the garden. Plenty of garden furniture.
