The Location

St Mawes is a picturesque seaside village with little cottages clustered around the harbour and beaches.  The little road follows the shore line along the sea front and up to St Mawes Castle on the headland. 

The village has small shops and galleries, two banks, a post office and several good restaurants.  There is a passenger  boat to Falmouth all year round, and in the summer the network of boats can take you to many other places of interest on the estuary.


With its beautiful south-westerly view over the St Mawes River and Falmouth Bay, Coppers is a tasteful, comfortable and relaxing three storey house, and is within easy walking distance of the beaches and village centre.  It is one of a pair built on old Police House land (hence the name "Coppers").

The Property

Within easy walking distance (300 yards) of St Mawes beaches and village centre, a comfortable, three-storey house with a beautiful south-westerly view over St Mawes River and Falmouth Bay. Small garden with grass and shrubs.

On the first floor, large living/dining room (TV/DVD/video, CD player) with far-reaching coastal views and window seat, and good-sized dining table; modern fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave); twin bedroom.

On the ground floor, entrance hall and two more bedrooms: master double (TV) with sea views, double doors opening to large balcony with garden below and en suite shower-room (suite), and a twin; bathroom (suite).

The lower ground floor is accessed via a separate entrance from the garden and has a twin bedroom, shower-room (suite) and utility area (washing machine, tumble drier). Fridge-freezer and chest freezer in garage. 

Discounted rental sometimes available for smaller parties out of season – please ask.

Parking for two cars.
