The Cottage
Sunnybanks is a detached
spacious house with double glazing and plenty of space, good furniture, and new
equipment. It has an 'upside down' format with all but one of the bedrooms
on the ground floor and the living rooms upstairs to make the most of the view.
It has been renovated
to a high standard and has central heating.
The house is approached
from its own parking and garden area. On the ground floor there is an entrance porch
and hall. The master bedroom (5' bed) has an en-suite bathroom with bath,
separate walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. Second double bedroom (5' bed)
with ensuite shower,WC and washbasin and WC, Twin bedroom with ensuite shower room,
washbasin and WC.
The utility room (washing
machine, tumble drier) is also on the ground floor with a door to the back
garden.
Upstairs is a large living room, (woodburner,
TV, DVD) with a panoramic view and a balcony enabling enjoyment of the views, eating
outside, etc.
The kitchen and dining
room have recently been joined into one room providing a large room stretching from
the front to the back of the house. It is spacious and light, and very comfortable,
(TV, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer). On the same floor is a comfortable single bedroom with
an ensuite shower cubicle with electric shower, wash basin and WC.
Outside is a garden at
the front which is mostly parking area, and a large sloping grassy garden at the
back. All is well tended with shrubs and flowering plants.
This is a comfortable
house at any time of year. Please note that If you have members of your group
who have problems on hills, it may be necessary to collect by car from the village.
This is because the bottom section of the hill is quite steep.
