The Cottage
Pier Cottage has been
recently renovated, and is elegant and very comfortable. From the living room,
with a little imagination, you could be looking out from the bow of a ship!
Furnished and decorated
to a high standard, the cottage has a welcoming and relaxing feel. To make
the most of the panoramic sea view, the living rooms are upstairs, and the window
from from the sitting room looks straight over the bay.
Upstairs, the sitting room (TV, DVD, video) is most attractive with comfortable
furniture and many thoughtful touches, not forgetting the wonderful sea view!
There is an elegant dining area and separate well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher,
washer-drier, fridge-freezer, microwave).
Both bedrooms are downstairs, and are comfortably furnished with co-ordinated furnishings.
The double bedroom has doors opening on to the terraced patio at the rear of the
cottage. It also has an en-suite shower room/WC with underfloor heating.
The twin bedroom is at the front of the house with the window on the seafront side.
There is also a separate family bathroom with bath (hand held shower over), WC and
wash basin.
Behind the cottage is a patio garden with flowers and garden furniture - ideal for
al fresco meals, or even just a peaceful cup of tea with a book.
Visitors can park outside Pier Cottage in winter and at night time in summer.
The harbour car park is just a few yards away - (£7 per day or £14 for 3 days);
the village car park is quite close too- and cheaper - (£16 per week). (costs approximate).
